Senior Partner Account Manager (Dutch, German, Italian)

Job Description

In this role, the Senior Partner Account Manager is responsible for how a team of 1-3 junior marketers executes an online marketing plan for a given language market (i.e. so French would also include all French-speaking countries). The Sr. PAM regularly transfers their online marketing knowledge and affiliate marketing best practices to this team with the goal of turning them into world-class affiliate marketers like themselves. They also work with their management team to create new marketing strategies and creative tactics which will attract new partners (webmasters) to join our affiliate program and motivate existing ones to achieve higher revenue levels for themselves and for our client.

Responsibilites

  • Have a partner-focused attitude, a keen sense of urgency and strong customer service values.
  • Be the internal champion for your partners (affiliates), defend their interests and deliver their questions/concerns/ideas to the appropriate internal managers in a timely manner.
  • Become a trusted advisor to your affiliates by becoming a subject matter expert on affiliate marketing, online marketing and our client's products.
  • Work with the Affiliate Marketing Manager and Director to co-develop and execute marketing strategy for all managed markets.
  • Become the internal expert for your markets and gain the trust of the Brand Team to effectively shape the core marketing strategy to fit the requirements of your market.
  • Identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities to meet revenue targets set by Management.
  • Translate and manage the translation of regular product releases, marketing newsletters, etc.
  • Manage and assist Partner Account Managers in executing individual market plans, including prioritizing tasks and goals. Provide day-to-day knowledge and support to maximize revenue through the affiliate channel.
  • Analyze and report on metrics and market status weekly and monthly as required by the Affiliate Marketing Manager.
  • Manage affiliate and any media budgets to drive the highest ROI on marketing dollars.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports with career development.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English plus fluency in one or more of the following: German, Dutch, Italian.
  • 3-5 years of experience in online marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree or work experience.
  • Successful people management experience.
  • Excellent translation skills; business language level.
  • Proven success in driving significant revenue growth in a sales, marketing or business development role.
  • Available to travel world-wide upwards of 20%/month.

Partner Account Manager (Dutch, German, Danish, Italian, Finnish)

Job Description

In this role, the Partner Account Manager is responsible for the day to day execution of the online marketing plan for a given language market (i.e. so French would also include all French-speaking countries) and are the go-to person for any market-specific decisions. They are assigned a Sr. PAM who trains them in all aspects of online and affiliate marketing and in return they assist their manager with how our products can be best positioned to fit player and partner needs for their language market. The PAM works very closely with partners (webmasters) to achieve higher revenue levels for their site as well as for our client and is constantly searching for new affiliates to recruit.
